Used for dehydration (drying) of sundried but relatively wet products (i.e.  Raisins, apricots, tomatoes, prunes etc.) ,or diced peppers, onions, leeks or cut potatoes etc. At required temperature (max 110°C) and time (max 6 hours) and/or reduction (minimisation) of total microorganism count (i.e. 40 mins @ 60°C processing reduces  90-95% of micro organism count in raisins ) for enabling to offer longer  shelf life.
