Drum Type Blancher

Used  for  blanching  of  fruits or vegetables (except leafy products) in water or in  a  solution at  pre-set temperature ( max 95  c- min ambient temp) and at required adjustable between 3 to 20 mins -unless other time spans are required )products are carried into a perforated drum where screw is assembled on drums water level is  adjustable for homogeneous blanching of light/floating products. one plate heat exchanger  is installed for in direct heating  for avoid dilution of blanching solution applied phe is connected to a thermostatic valve, for regulation of required blanching temperature by means of one digital  display thermostat on control panel.
