Dipping Blancher With Top and Bottom Belt

Used for water blanching of products within twin belts. Bottom belt is made out of high temp resistant modular thermoplastic belt where the top belt is also made of perforated polypropylne modular belting. Blancher is equipped with hot water generation system thru four bar steam which is controlled precisely thru proportional steam valve, speed control unit, high capacity water circulation pump and drum type filtration system.
