Olives Processing Line

bigtem®designs and manufactures complete olives processing lines that respond to the clients production and packaging needs.

Our line has a capacity of processing 20 tons of olives per hour,all of are size graded with utmost precision.The line starts with transfering olives to acidic blanching(to remove bitternes) and continues with our unique design that gently leads the olives to fermentation and oxidation(for confit) tanks.This process is followed by pasteurization,sterilization and packaging of olives in cans,jars,pouches and/or stuffed or in paste form.

Automation in our process design allows flexibility on a wide range of production and packaging processes and various processing line in one.Thus bigtem®`s olive processing design allows for maximum flexibility,productivity and relaibility with the least amount of operation,investment and labour cost.
